 Exhibitor Information - Turvey Turvey Village Hall
Sunday, March 30th 2008 10am - 4pm
Each space costs £20. As with all venues, we will aim to get a good balance of arts and crafts. Please do not be offended if we are unable to offer you a space due to your craft being oversubscribed. It is advisable to drop us a quick email if you would like to sell jewellery or cards prior to sending in a booking form to check places are still available as these fill up very quickly.
Tables A 6ft by 2ft table is provided as standard with two Chairs. If you require floor space for any racks or other free standing items please let us know on the booking form. we can offer a 4ft x 2ft table plus floor space as an alternative. Electricity Please ensure you let us know on the booking form if electricity is required so that we can arrange suitable allocation of tables. It is advisable to bring your own extension lead if you require electricity. We will aim to place stall holders requiring electricity as close as possible to a socket. Electricity is only provided for lighting and payment terminals.
Parking
There is parking for approximately 15 cars at the hall. Cars may also be parked on the main road but must not be parked on the grass verges. Catering We will be serving hot and cold drinks, plus cakes and biscuits. The first tea or coffee of the day for each stall holder will be free.
